Ingredients
- 2 oz SRD Musician's Cut Gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz orange blossom honey
- 2 dashes Convict bitters
- 2 splashes club soda
- Ice
Method
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, and honey together and stir well. Add a dash of warm water to completely dissolve the honey.
- Top a Collins glass with ice.
- Pour the drink over the ice, add soda and Convict bitters.
