Ingredients
- 1 ½ shots Don Giovanni's Limoncello
- 1 ½ shots good bourbon/rye whisky
- ½ shot dry vermouth
- 3 dashes Convict bitters
- Optional dash of soda water to taste
- 1 large ice cube
- Garnish: orange zest twist
Method
- Add the limoncello, whisky, dry vermouth and Convict Bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake
- Strain into glass with 1 big ice cube
- Add a splash of soda water if needed
- Express and garnish with an orange zest twist
