Based on an old convict’s recipe, Convict Bitters is hand-crafted in Australia using native Australian botanicals. From the nuttiness of Roasted Wattleseed and citrus notes of Lemon Myrtle to the spice and fruitiness of Tasmanian Pepperberry, Convict Bitters provides an intricate product that brings a bright spice to the classic Lemon Lime and Bitters and gives your favourite spirit-based cocktails added depth and complexity.

Higher quality than angostas bitters with a hunt of nuttiness to it; just wish it was more wattleseed flavoured but definitely worth it. I have it in my lemon lime bitters.

I was looking for something different from the regular bitters and came across Convict Bitters. Looked up a few reviews and saw it had a pretty positive reviews, so i ordered myself a bottle and have nearly gone through most of it in 3 weeks. Convict bitters is really lovely and kicks up any drink you have.
